Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess strong knowledge of pharmacy practices and medications. Duties: - Prepare and dispense medication under the supervision of a pharmacist - Assist pharmacists with prescription intake, data entry, and inventory management - Communicate with healthcare providers to clarify prescription orders - Provide excellent customer service to patients by answering inquiries and resolving issues - Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with pharmacy standards - Utilize medical terminology accurately in daily tasks Requirements: - Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) is preferred - Proficiency in medication administration, including IV infusion and inhalation techniques - Experience in acute care or critical care settings is a plus - Strong understanding of aseptic technique for sterile compounding - Excellent patient service skills with a focus on patient care and safety - Knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations Nice-to-Have Skills: - Familiarity with various pharmacy software systems for prescription processing - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Join our team as a Pharmacy Technician to contribute to the well-being of our patients and play a vital role in the healthcare industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.60 - $21.37 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 40 per week
